Course Aims
1 day programme: When working with managers and/or trades union representatives, some situations are more difficult and more crucial than others. This course is aimed at personnel professionals who deal with a range of issues involving employee relations at a local/ individual/ departmental level who want to develop their understanding and skill in the use of mediation tools and techniques and therefore achieve win/win outcomes more often in day to day issues of conflict in the workplace.
