The practical realities of being faced with supporting a grievance case for the first time can be daunting. Many newly qualified professionals are familiar with the basic stages, and legislative requirements, of a grievance procedure but translating your own policy into actions can be a little more challenging. This course is aimed at
personnel professionals who are just beginning to embark on case-work, and will be expected to provide support and guidance to managers on grievance cases and who want to develop their knowledge of, and confidence in their ability to, apply a grievance procedure in practice
