Prices and VAT
Prices for TeamHR's off the shelf programme's, delivered on your site, start from £250.00 plus VAT for a 2 hour workshop. Typically one day programme's start from £750 plus VAT per training day delivered. 25% is payable by way of a booking deposit and the balance payable within 3 working days of the training being delivered.
Booking
TeamHR will provide you with a booking confirmation form within 5 working days of receiving your reservation request. Your reservation will not be confirmed until receipt by teamHR of your completed signed booking form and non refundable deposit (25% of the training fee).
Payment methods
Payment may be paid by cheque (payable to 'TeamHR Limited') or BACS payment, TeamHR Limited bank account number: 264 5084; sort code 72 00 00. Payment by PAYPAL coming soon!
Alteration to Booking
A request to transfer to an alternative training delivery date, for the same event, must be received in writing more than 15 working days before the start of the training course. There will be a £25 administration fee and such requests will be subject to availability. Requests to transfer to an alternative training delivery date, for the same course, received in writing within 15 days of the programme will be considered at the discretion of TeamHR Limited and subject to a transfer fee of up to 50% of the event fees.
Cancellation
Cancellations received more than 30 working days before the start of the training course are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the event fees; Cancellations received more than 20 but less than 30 working days before the start of the training course are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the event fees; Cancellations received more than 10 but less than 20 working days before the start of the training course are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the event fees; Cancellations received less than 10 working days before the start of the training course are subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.
Changes and Content
TeamHR Limited reserves the right to change the detailed content (not overall theme) of a programme at its professional discretion at any time without notice. Views expressed by speakers delivering programme's for and on behalf of TeamHR are their own. TeamHR Limited disclaims any liability for advice given or views expressed by any speaker at these events or in any notes or documentation provided to delegates.
Testimonials and Website Listing
TeamHR reserves the right to use comments and feedback received during programme evaluation on its web site and other marketing/promotional material. TeamHR will also list the client company name, and create a website link, on the TeamHR website for all clients unless the client specifically requests such a link and/or listing not be created.
