This service requires you to submit a query/issue to discuss by email and TeamHR commits to make contact with you, either by email or phone as appropriate depending on the nature of the query, within 1 working day of receiving your query. All TeamHR email accounts are checked every working day. You will also receive regular employment law updates and suggestions for improving your employment practice.

Policy and Procedure and Employment Contracts

TeamHR provides a cost effective service in the development of policies and procedures. You can choose to purchase an off-the-shelf framework, provided with guidance notes and legislative background notes (prices start from £300.00 plus VAT) or commission bespoke policies and procedures tailored to your specific needs.

TeamHR can offer project design and management services. Alternatively, teamHR outplacement service to support those affected by redeployment, voluntary and compulsory redundancy programmes is available, with Internet-based training support for staff available from as little as £150 per user for 12 months. In addition, TeamHR has a network of experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologists able to provide one to one or one to small group career coaching support.
