All too often organisations provide one/two-day outplacement training for staff but at time of such upheaval it is almost impossible to provide this training at the right time for all staff. Everyone responds to and experiences change, such as redundancy, differently. Therefore people are ready for training, to help them move forward, at different times. The value in TeamHR's Internet-based training modules is that people can access them from an email address of their choice (home or work) anytime during a 12 month period for a fixed fee.

Unlike traditional courses the training is available as and when the user is receptive and needs the information.
