Debbie has over 20 years experience providing HR expertise and advice to employers in the UK. A strong public sector background at Director of HR level, Debbie has experience of all aspects of HR including representing clients at Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
A Chartered Member of the CIPD, Debbie keeps up to date with Law Society accredited professional training and development.
Debbie founded TeamHR in 2002 and the business specialises in HR advice and support to the SME sector in the UK.
Helen Chown, Senior HR Consultant
Helen has over 18 years HR experience. A strong public and private sector background at senior HR levels, Helen has extensive experience of all aspects of HR including extensive grievance and disciplinary investigation experience.
